August Update
Our committee continues to meet each Monday night. We have received in excess of 100 Personal Information Forms (PIF's) from potential candidates! While our focus continues to narrow down this group, we have met with serval candidates, and gone to see several of them preach as well. This is an amazing process ... and we trust God is leading us to the person He has already choosen for us!

May Update
Our committee continues to meet each Monday night. We have completed the first screening of all Personal Information Forms (PIF's) that we have received (80+), and contacted the identified individuals to make sure they are still candidates. We will be arranging first interviews in the next two weeks.

April Update
We are now in the phase of receiving and reviewing PIF’s (Personal Information Forms) from prospective candidates. To date, we have received 70+ PIF’s! We have developed an evaluation process, and each committee member will be reviewing every candidate's information – so this process will take us some time to complete.

March Update
Your APNC (Associate Pastor Nominating Committee) is hard at work! The committee has been meeting weekly since the end of February. We have been updated by Presbytery of our duties, requirements and responsibilities. In our first meeting, we elected the officers of our committee:
- Co-Chairmen - Robert Doidge and Danny Monson
- Recording Secretary - Betty Murphy
- Corresponding Secretary - Lorri Spiering and Sara Bergstrom
- Congrational Updates - Nancy Regitz
- Hospitality - Jan Bussman
The Committee's first goal is to create a CIF (Church Information Form). This document will provide information about our church, and define the Associate Pastor postion we are looking to fill. Once complete, the CIF must be approved by our Session - and then forward to Presbyery for their approval. Upon receiving the approriate approvals, our Committee will be allowed to enter the CIF data into the Presbytery search data base for possible matches with candiate Associate Pastors.
We are currently in the process of developing our CIF, with the hope of having is completed in the coming weeks.
Our committee is using prayer to guide us on our jouney ... as we search for that individual God has already choosen for us. We ask that you keep our committee in your prayers as we continue through this process. We will continue to update this information from time-to-time, to keep the congregation up to date with our progress.
