Worship Service - Every Sunday @ 9:00am All YOUTH are invited to sit together or with their families!
Youth Groups:
Junior High - Every Wednesday from 4pm - 6pm.
Join us each Wednesday afternoon in the Youth Room at FPC for Junior High Youth Group! Games, food, fun, study, and so much more. Bonus: dinner is served the 1st Wednesday of each month!
Confirmation Classes:
When: Wednesdays after Junior High Youth Group, from 6:16 - 7:30pm
Dates: Begins September 14, 2011 with an info night for students & parents
Where: FPC Youth Room
Who: Any 8th grade student or any high school students that have not had confirmation before.
Why: To learn about your faith, to make it your own, to explore why you believe what you do!
SO WHAT IS CONFIRMATION ANYWAY?
Confirmationis a time where students explore their faith in Jesus, seeking to understand and "confirm" on their own what they've been told about God. It's a time to learn, to ask questions, to engage in Scripture, to create, to think, and to experience God growing them in amazing ways.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?
Confirmation does include a commitment. We are serious about students having a full confirmation experience and having enough time to go through the whole class. Confirmation begins on September 14, 2011 and runs through May 16, 2012. Yes, it's a long class but it's worth it, and it's "only" an hour and fifteen minutes once a week!
DO WE JUST READ THE BIBLE? IS THERE A CONFIRMATION BOOK?
Yes & Yes! The Bible will be a part of every lesson and we are VERY excited this year to be using a confirmation curriculum called simply Re:Form. It's a new, hands-on, interactive curriculum designed for teens that has great teaching and will be a fantastic companion to Scripture.

Students & parents come to the information meeting on September 14, 2011, you will hear a little more about the class, get the schedule for the year and sign up for the experience!
